In general, we do not bear the costs of return consignments. After receipt of your ordered products you can send them back within the legal opposition period at your own expense.
We try to accept all returned articles. Products should be returned in their original packaging. You only have to compensate for a possible loss of value, if this loss of value was caused by manners of handling that were not necessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functionality of the product.
In the unlikely event of the return of a product in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right of sending the item back to you.
